Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club.
• Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required.
• Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with current Fitness Challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations.
• Experience and promote the products and services offered.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
