Job description

LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part Time Showroom Host to join our team at our state-of-the-art dealership in Birmingham. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for greeting them warmly and ensuring they have a positive experience during their visit.

Responsibilities

1. Welcoming customers and serving refreshments.
2. Directing customers to relevant departments.
3. Assisting with customer enquiries.
4. Maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom atmosphere.

Working Hours

• Saturday - 8am to 5pm
• Sunday - 10am to 4pm
• Monday - 8-hour shift

Salary

Up to £12.21, depending on age.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Fully Barista trained.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
