Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for the Membership Team and resolve complex membership queries professionally.
• Lead campaigns to boost member engagement, retention, and insights; support acquisition marketing.
• Monitor engagement and flag at-risk members to the Retention and Engagement Manager.
• Liaise on membership queries at events and assist with post-event activities.
• Collaborate with marketing (Acquisition and Retention leads) to maximise upselling opportunities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and member experience on our digital platforms.
• Act as escalation point for platform issues raised by users or colleagues.
