Job summary

The Funding Network is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the growth of its membership offering for individuals and corporates. The role is based in London with hybrid working and reports to the small, six-person team.

You will develop recruitment and retention strategies, manage member communications, and drive engagement with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and measurable impact for a growing charity sector network.

Qualifications

• Two years’ membership or fundraising experience with measurable impact.
• Strong ability to manage CRM data and extract insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• High digital literacy and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement membership recruitment and retention strategies with targets.
• Manage member communications using Mailchimp and coordinate campaigns.
• Be the main contact for new and existing members, delivering excellent service.
• Monitor metrics on membership journey and reporting via CRM.
