Virgin Active in Northampton is seeking a New Member & Sales Host to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. You will be the first impression of the club, welcoming new members and guiding them through their first 90 days with tailored onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Join a team focused on providing a premium wellness experience across classes, PT, recovery, and club services, while maintaining high standards of administration and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, wellness or customer-facing environments.
• Passion for people, wellness and meaningful connection.
• Ability to meet/exceed targets while delivering a premium experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – warm, confident, engaging.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proactive, positive attitude and a hospitality mindset.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and club events.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of membership sales targets and contribute to club growth.
• Engage prospects with empathy and curiosity, delivering value-led tours.
• Drive self-generated leads and maintain follow-up using CRM systems.
• Welcome new members and deliver a tailored onboarding experience.
• Guide members through their first 90 days with ongoing engagement.
