Job summary

The FIT Partnership in Esher is seeking a driven Membership Experience Lead who will own the member journey from tour through renewal, ensuring a consistent and compelling experience for every member. You will handle onboarding, assessments, six‑week check ins, and retention conversations, using data and VO2 testing results to tailor programmes and drive growth.

This on‑site role combines sales, coaching, and leadership, with a base salary of £32k plus on‑target earnings and a 28‑day holiday

Qualifications

• Three years in sales and three years in personal training.
• Experience with fitness testing and explaining results to clients.
• Comfortable working with data, scores, and due lists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the member journey from tour to renewal and onboarding.
• Record and communicate progress, retests, and programme updates.
• Sell memberships, packages, and programmes while meeting targets.
• Coach and guide the floor team and front desk on standards.
