Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor to join our hub location and provide outstanding service to members across all contact channels. The role is based in one of our Membership Hubs with structured hours (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00) and office-based work.

You will handle member queries via chat, phone and email, process requests accurately, and engage with members to ensure top-quality service and a positive experience.

Qualifications

Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
Previous call centre experience would be desirable.
Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.
A drive to hit targets and perform under pressure.
Resilient with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Handle member queries and requests via Chat, Telephone and Email.
Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Engage with members to deliver the best possible quality and service.
Work as part of a hub team in an office-based environment.
