Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Host to greet members, support membership sales and retention, and create a welcoming, high-energy club experience for every visitor.

As a key holder, you’ll open and close the club, manage front-desk administration and member software, stay informed about classes and promotions, and contribute to a positive, results-driven member journey.

• Confident in administration and handling club systems.
• Sales-driven with the drive to hit targets.
• Flexible to work varied shifts and cover key holder duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses, actively taking part to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.
