You will coach a customer-facing team, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the wider Fora team to deliver consistent branding and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry.
• Experience in supervising/leading in customer facing environment.
• Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.
• Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Individual with delivering exceptional customer service.
• Very well organised & excellent timekeeping.
• Professional integrity and trustworthy.
