Fora Space Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to lead and develop a team across multiple Fora locations in London. The role blends practical maintenance delivery with people leadership, ensuring high visual, operational and safety standards across the portfolio.
You will supervise maintenance technicians, manage recruitment and training, and oversee audits, contractor management and health & safety compliance.

At Fora, we're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance across our portfolio of workspaces.
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple buildings while helping to maintain exceptional visual, operational and safety standards. This role combines people leadership with practical maintenance expertise, supporting everything from reactive maintenance and audits to team performance and training.
Experience supervising or managing maintenance teams
Strong skills in general building fabric maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical works
Confident using maintenance management systems and technology
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities
A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional standards
