- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.

At Fora, we're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance across our portfolio of workspaces.
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple buildings while helping to maintain exceptional visual, operational and safety standards. This role combines people leadership with practical maintenance expertise, supporting everything from reactive maintenance and audits to team performance and training.
- Leading and developing a team of Maintenance Technicians across multiple locations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
- Carrying out a mix of hands‑on maintenance work and supervisory responsibilities
