JD Sports’ JD Gyms team seeks a proactive fitness professional to create a welcoming member experience. You’ll engage members on the gym floor, run inductions and group classes, and support joining prospects. You’ll uphold high club standards, ensure health and safety, and contribute to data-driven improvements while working with the local community.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates a passion for fitness, health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise the member experience.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging member tours and inductions.
• Lead inclusive group exercise classes and support joining prospects.
• Maintain club standards, health and safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Analyse data to support new ideas and service improvements.
