Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a member-focused fitness professional to welcome and engage members on the gym floor, lead tours for prospective members, and deliver group classes and inductions. You will help maintain high club standards, safety, and brand integrity while supporting joining processes and responsive member service.

With a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, you’ll adapt communication to diverse members, participate in team efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement through

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming tours to prospective members.
• Lead engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety standards.
• Uphold brand standards and health & safety policies.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback.
• Suggest ideas and present data for improvements.
