Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to engage with members, lead inductions, and deliver engaging group exercise classes. You will guide tours, support joining procedures, and uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards on the gym floor.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional member experience and contributing to brand excellence. You will also monitor performance, collect feedback, and analyse data to support new ideas and initiatives while collaborating with the team

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to place member experience at the heart of everything.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as required.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest level as set by management.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance at all times.
• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
• Operate safely and legally at all times while employed by JD Gyms.
• Consider energy, environmental and waste management in decisions.
• Analyze and present key data to support ideas and initiatives.
