Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 (EQF 4) Personal Trainer qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, wellbeing and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Place member experience at the heart of every interaction on the gym floor.
• Deliver engaging member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead group exercise classes that are welcoming and inclusive.
• Conduct member inductions and support joining JD Gyms.
• Maintain club standards and health and safety compliance.
• Analyse data to support new ideas and initiatives.
