Job summary

JD Gyms Bromborough is seeking a friendly Fitness Coach to help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for every member. You will engage on the gym floor, run inductions and support prospective members in joining JD Gyms.

You will deliver inclusive group exercise classes, maintain high club standards and health and safety practices, and contribute to a positive member experience through teamwork and proactive service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise member experience.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging tours for prospective members.
• Lead group exercise classes that are inclusive and motivating.
• Conduct member inductions and ensure smooth joining processes.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Perform club standards checks and document results.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across the club.
• Analyse and present key data to support ideas and initiatives.
