Job summary

JD Gyms in Enfield is seeking a dedicated team member to enhance the member journey from first contact through daily club experiences. You will engage with members on the gym floor, lead tours and group classes, and support new joiners with a welcoming, informative approach.

We value someone passionate about fitness, able to adapt communication for diverse members, and committed to ongoing learning. A Level 3 PT qualification is advantageous and you will work within a supportive, energetic team.

• Able to tailor communication for different members and colleagues.

• Understands the importance of a great member experience.

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place member experience at the heart of every interaction on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions that are informative and friendly.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Perform club standards checks and ensure accurate record keeping.
