JD Gyms is expanding across the UK and Swansea, seeking a friendly, energetic team member who places member experience at the heart of every visit. You will lead inductions, run group exercise classes, deliver tours, and help maintain club standards while supporting new joiners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise a positive experience.
• Deliver welcoming member tours aligned with brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Conduct member inductions and support joining JD Gyms.
• Maintain high club standards and cleanliness.
• Perform club standards checks and accurate record keeping.
• Support energy efficiency and environmental initiatives.
• Analyse and present data to back ideas and initiatives.
