Job summary

JD Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver welcoming member experiences across clubs. You will lead group exercise classes, conduct inductions, tours, and support joining members in line with brand standards.

The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (EQF 4) and a passion for fitness, wellbeing, and helping people. A collaborative team environment and career development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with brand standards.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and maintain health and safety compliance.
• Provide ad hoc member support and maintain club cleanliness to high standards.
• Monitor service delivery via performance and member feedback.
