Job summary

JD Gyms Swansea seeks a passionate fitness and member experience adviser to engage with members on the gym floor, run inductions and lead group exercise classes, while upholding JD Gyms brand standards.

You will assist prospective members with joining, keep club standards and safety at the fore, and contribute to cleanliness and service monitoring. A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is preferred and flexibility in hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise their experience.
• Deliver member tours for prospective members in line with JD Gyms standards.
• Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Conduct member inductions.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Perform club standards checks and document results.
• Provide ad hoc member support as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards as directed by management.
• Uphold JD Gyms brand standards and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance measurements.
• Work safely following company policies and legal requirements.
• Support energy efficiency and waste management initiatives.
• Analyze and present key data to back ideas or developments.
