Hosco is seeking a proactive Membership Host to nurture a vibrant community across our hybrid hospitality hub in Glasgow and beyond. You’ll engage members daily, foster connections, and coordinate a local team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Fluency in English is essential, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll help shape events and programs that bring partners and members closer together, driving loyalty and belonging in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset; on-your-feet work.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.
• Fluent in English; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with members to keep them engaged and loyal.
• Introduce members to each other and spark conversations.
• Lead a local team of Membership Hosts to deliver daily experiences.
• Host local member committees to gather ideas for the hub.
• Run global programs and events to connect partners and members.
• Review feedback and trends to improve operations.
• Handle tough conversations calmly and resolve issues.
