Hosco is seeking a proactive Membership Host to nurture a vibrant community across our hybrid hospitality hub in Glasgow and beyond. You’ll engage members daily, foster connections, and coordinate a local team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Fluency in English is essential, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll help shape events and programs that bring partners and members closer together, driving loyalty and belonging in a dynamic, international setting.

What You’ll Do

Connect with members every single day to keep them engaged, happy, and loyal to the hub. Introduce members to each other and spark conversations both offline and via our dedicated community app. Lead and inspire a local team of Membership Hosts to deliver an amazing daily experience. Host local member committees to gather fresh ideas and act as your community advisory board. Run global programs and events that bring our partners and members closer together. Look at feedback and community trends to constantly upgrade how we do things. Handle tough conversations and resolve community issues calmly and smoothly.

What You’ll Have:

You bring an outgoing, confident personality and you are completely comfortable speaking in front of a crowd. You have a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and you are a great listener. You bring a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and prefer being on your feet over sitting at a desk. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills across different teams. You bring a cool head under pressure and always focus on finding positive solutions. You have total flexibility to work evenings and weekends when our community is buzzing. Fluent in English. Other languages are a bonus.
