Job summary

Hosco is seeking a University student to energize our hybrid hospitality hub. You will engage members daily, foster connections, and lead a local team to deliver an exceptional experience both in-person and via our community app.

You’ll host local committees, run programs, and synthesize feedback to improve our community. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled university student, open to flexible hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Strong ability to listen, engage and connect with members.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members daily to keep them engaged and loyal to the hub.
• Introduce members to each other and spark conversations online and offline.
• Lead and inspire a local team of Membership Hosts to deliver a great daily experience.
• Host local member committees to gather ideas and act as an advisory board.
• Run global programs and events to connect partners and members.
• Identify feedback and trends to continuously improve the community experience.
