Job summary

Healix Health in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Member Advisor to support our members through inbound calls, coordinate treatment plans, and liaise with the healthcare team to ensure access to services. After an initial 2-month office-based training, you will work in a hybrid model with three days in the office each week.

The role requires excellent customer service, clear English communication, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy and willingness to support members.
• Resilience for emotionally challenging calls relating to medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Answer 25+ inbound calls from members, providers and others.
• Coordinate member treatment plans with healthcare team.
• Provide medical information and access to required services.
• Liaise with clinicians and navigate systems to support cases.
• Ensure accurate documentation and update Case Management System.
• Assist Case Managers with high-cost claims when required.
