Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of capital projects, delivering MEICA construction solutions across wastewater, water production, and network functions. The role is hybrid with base locations across Earlswood, Crawley, Esher or Guildford and travel across the area.

You will manage resources, provide estimating and planning support, and ensure projects meet CDM, health & safety, and regulatory requirements while aligning with corporate

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a commercial and technical role, preferably with a degree/HND in engineering or business administration
• Understanding of civil engineering works, contract law, planning, estimating and tendering
• Proven track record of project management in an engineering environment with knowledge of mechanical, electrical and ICA systems
• Management of procurement processes, framework suppliers and subcontractor supply chain for site-based activities

Aufgaben

• Deliver MEICA construction solutions for process and network functions across Thames Water assets
• Ensure health & safety, quality standards, contractual specs, commercial objectives and program deadlines are met
• Provide estimates, programming and planning support to the wider team
• Deliver all construction projects on the program with 100% client specification compliance
• Manage client site requirements with minimal impact on operational functionality
