Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead capital projects and provide MEICA construction solutions across operational sites. The role focuses on delivering a large portfolio with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at the forefront.

You will manage procurement, supervise Project Engineers, and support estimating and planning while ensuring projects meet program deadlines and client specifications. Hybrid work across multiple sites is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and technical roles within engineering projects.
• Understanding of civil engineering works, contract law, planning, estimating and tendering.
• Track record of project management in an engineering environment with MEICA systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a large portfolio of capital projects for Thames Water.
• Provide MEICA construction solutions for process and network functions.
• Ensure health & safety, quality, and CDM compliance on all projects.
• Manage procurement, framework suppliers and subcontractor supply chain.
• Provide estimating, programming and planning support to the team.
• Deliver projects on program with 100% client specification compliance.
