Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to lead MEICA construction solutions across Clean and Wastewater Assets. The role is hybrid with base locations across Earlswood, Crawley, Esher or Guildford, and will require travel within the area.

You will drive safety, quality and program delivery on a large portfolio of capital projects. You will manage procurement, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, supervise resource development and provide estimating, planning and scheduling

Qualifications

• Experience delivering MEICA construction projects in a process/utility environment.
• Proven ability to manage procurement, subcontractors and timelines.
• Degree or HND in engineering with post‑qualification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MEICA construction solutions across Thames Water assets, meeting safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Manage procurement, framework suppliers and subcontractor supply chain for site works.
• Provide estimating, programming and planning support to the team.
• Lead resource management and supervise Project Engineers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with client specifications and regulatory duties.
• Travel across Earlswood, Crawley, Esher or Guildford on hybrid basis.
