Job summary

Carmichael UK is seeking a MEICA Project Manager to lead complex water projects in East Sussex. You will manage MEICA installation, NEC contract administration, risk and change control, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

A strong focus on safety, collaboration with clients and teams, and driving continuous improvement are essential to success. Experience in MEICA, leadership, and ability to interface with design and construction teams will be valued as part of a multi-project

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; able to lead Barhale MEICA teams and external partners.
• Team player with ability to coordinate project activities with clients’ consultants and 3rd parties.
• Good organisational skills and a methodical approach focused on client, customer, and quality.
• Strong leadership qualities with problem-solving abilities to drive project delivery.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to support team members as required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEICA project delivery from inception to completion with NEC contract administration.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage programme, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Maintain safe working practices and promote a positive safety culture.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage risks, change events, and interdependencies across projects.
• Develop and sustain key relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure outputs meet time, cost, and quality targets.
