Job summary

Village Hotels Leeds North is seeking a Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator to drive corporate meetings, private events, and VWorks coworking revenue. You’ll own the journey from the first inquiry to the final contract, blending administrative precision with the charm needed to close deals, retain members, and ensure every meeting runs flawlessly.

You’ll research leads, present proposals, manage the full booking cycle, and build genuine relationships with members to support long‑term retention.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with sharp eye for detail
• Proven ability to close deals and manage end-to-end sales process
• Experience handling corporate meetings/events is a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Meetings & Events, Local Corporate, and VWorks club.
• Manage the complete booking journey with accurate proposals and revenue posting.
• Process new sign ups and monthly payment administration to retain members.
• Coordinate Meetings & Events details between client and hotel operations.
