Responsibilities

• The Sales Hustle: Maximise revenue opportunities and take ownership of personal sales goals, chasing leads and negotiating with confidence to improve conversion and hit targets.
• The Multi Channel Service: Be the first point of contact across email, voice, chat and agency portals, delivering industry-leading service to direct bookers and agents.
• The Flawless Details: Capture customer information accurately, follow data protection and payment security laws, send contracts, and keep terms transparent.
• The Hotel Handoff: Communicate booking details to hotel teams to ensure what is sold is delivered on the day.
