Village Hotels in the UK is seeking a Meetings & Events Sales Coordinator to drive corporate meetings, private events, and VWorks coworking spaces. You’ll manage the full journey from first call to final contract, combining sharp admin skills with the charm needed to close deals and retain members.

You’ll coordinate booking details, proposals, and payments, build relationships with clients and the hotel team, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events sales or related hospitality role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex bookings from inquiry to contract.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Meetings & Events, Local Corporate, and VWorks spaces.
• Coordinate the complete booking journey, including proposals, revenues, and data integrity.
• Process new sign-ups, manage monthly payments, and nurture member relationships.
• Serve as the link between client and hotel operations to deliver on promises.
