About the Role:

As Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator at Cairn Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences for our guests—managing every element of the events journey from first contact to final farewell.

You’ll be a confident ambassador for the hotel and the wider group, leading site visits, showcasing our spaces, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional delivery.

You’ll support the sales and marketing strategy with proactive outreach, identifying business opportunities, driving revenue, and helping us stand out in a competitive market.

This role blends relationship-building with commercial focus—ensuring every event runs smoothly while supporting the hotel’s sales performance and long-term success.
