Job description

This role supports the ongoing growth with the DACH Independent Accounts. The Sales team is responsible for retaining and growing our business and representing our brand. The DACH Sales Coordinator is crucial in supporting Regional Sales Managers, maintaining relationships with independent customers, ensuring all orders are processed, order books are kept up to date and shared, and shipments are dispatched on time.

You'll be:
  1. Building strong, positive relationships with independent customers and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  2. Entering orders and managing back orders accurately.
  3. Checking stock availability and allocation.
  4. Sending order confirmations and advising on stock availability.
  5. Providing regular updates to the Regional Sales Managers and customers on order and back-order status.
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping according to customer requirements.
  7. Liaising with credit control regarding payments.
  8. Managing sample requests, checking availability across warehouses.
  9. Supporting the DACH Country Manager and Regional Sales Managers with administrative tasks as needed.
  10. Answering calls and responding to communications.
  11. Updating and maintaining customer information in internal systems.
  12. Raising credits, proformas, and returns for warehouse orders.
  13. Arranging collections when necessary.
  14. Handling warehouse queries.
  15. Supporting product launches and sharing relevant information with retailers.
You'll have:
  1. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  2. Fluency in German (additional languages are a plus).
  3. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  4. Proficiency in IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP (training provided if needed).
  5. Great attention to detail.
  6. Strong time management skills.
  7. Experience in building and maintaining relationships.
  8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  10. A positive, flexible team player attitude.
  11. Ownership and deadline orientation.
  12. A driven, positive, and can-do attitude.
