Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week
You will contribute to promoting a positive team-based attitude and strive for the highest standards of service. Your role involves leading the secretarial team and providing excellent secretarial support to the Department and Management Team. The post holder will be accountable to the Assistant Service Manager.
You are expected to work with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and using your initiative. Maintaining an excellent level of Data Quality when handling confidential information is essential, with a constant awareness of patient and staff confidentiality.

Applicants will need to pay for their DBS check, with costs deducted from salary over the first three months. It is encouraged to enroll in the DBS Update Service, which has an annual fee of £16.
New NHS entrants will start at the minimum of the salary scale.
