Working in a busy, open plan office, you will use your work experience to provide professional medical secretarial support to Neonatal consultants.
Being first point of contact for parents
Typing clinic and admin letters using Trust digital dictation software
Arranging tests and following up results
Arranging appointments and booking clinic rooms
Cashing up clinics
Liaising with other NHS providers and other health and social care organisations
Working closely with consultants
Diary management
