Job summary

Medtech Search Associates Ltd is assisting a leading UK medical device company in recruiting a Graduate Medical Device Sales professional. You will support the Territory Manager, attend surgical procedures, and provide technical product support to surgeons and theatre staff across the East & West Sussex territory.

With around 80% of your time spent in operating theatres, you will build relationships with clinicians, receive comprehensive training, and develop a long-term career in surgical sales

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Sports Science or another Life Science discipline.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a commercially driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Territory Manager across key NHS accounts.
• Attend surgical procedures, providing technical product support to surgeons and theatre staff.
• Develop strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.

This is an outstanding graduate-level opportunity to join an established market leader, receive industry-leading training, and build a long-term career in surgical sales.

You'll work alongside an experienced Territory Manager, supporting healthcare professionals and surgeons across the East & West Sussex territory, with around 80% of your time spent in operating theatres, providing technical support to the surgeon during surgical procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Sports Science or another relevant Life Science discipline
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven focus
• Passionate about building a long-term career in medical device sales
• Living currently on the territory (NW London, Hertfordshire, or Bedfordshire) - it is essential you live on territory in order to do this role
