The Ross Practice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide maternity cover in the reception team on a 12-month fixed-term basis with a possible route to permanent. The role involves handling calls, digital patient enquiries, triage support, care navigation and registration tasks using SystmOne with AccuRx and Ardens.

You will work in a fast-paced general practice setting, where excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience in general practice is desirable but not essential.
