You will handle telephone calls, manage digital enquiries, support triage processes, navigate care pathways, and perform general administrative tasks including registration. A team-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Experience in general practice is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in providing a high standard of service to our patients. Excellent customer service skills are vital for this role. We expect the successful candidate to be able to work well as part of a team and perform effectively under pressure. You will need to be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is for maternity cover, with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. Desirable experience in general practice but not essential for the right person.
