Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a regulated environment (medical devices preferred).
• Experience with CNC machining principles is a plus.
• Six Sigma training (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process and test method validations.
• Develop efficient manufacturing processes across various stages.
• Produce high-quality engineering documentation and drawings.
• Drive investigations and data-driven decision-making using statistical tools.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance productivity.
• Manage cross-functional engineering projects.
