Job summary

Hireroo Ltd in London is seeking a Media Team Lead to guide a high-performing team of media buyers. You will own media strategy, budgets, and performance targets across affiliate, paid social and mobile channels.

The role requires at least 4+ years in media buying with leadership experience, plus hands-on work in affiliate traffic within regulated markets. A strategic, data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years in media buying with hands-on leadership experience.
Previous in-house affiliate experience is required.
Strong background in affiliate or comparison-site traffic.
Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, X, Snapchat, Reddit).
Familiarity with regulated or high-compliance environments.
Proven ability to manage large media budgets and ROI/ROAS targets.
Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Media Buyers.
Set and oversee media buying strategies across paid social, programmatic and direct channels.
Develop and manage paid social strategies across multiple platforms.
Own affiliate/comparison-site campaigns from strategy to optimisation.
Manage relationships with media channels, DSPs and partners.
Forecast and manage budgets across markets.
Monitor expenditure, revenue and KPIs against targets.
Drive A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
