Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role
• 4+ years in media buying with affiliate or comparison site traffic experience
• Experience in regulated verticals with certification/whitelisting requirements
• Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms and compliance processes
• Hands-on experience with mobile app marketing and UA campaigns
• Familiarity with MMPs for mobile attribution and app performance measurement
• Experience managing budgets across multiple markets
• Strong data-analysis skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Media Buyers in a fast-paced environment
• Cultivate relationships with channels through strong leadership and communication
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
• Guide the team to meet and exceed monthly spend and revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to boost productivity and results
• Oversee media buying strategy across programmatic, mobile/app, paid social, and direct channels
• Lead paid social strategy across Meta, X, Snapchat, Reddit, Telegram and emerging platforms
• Forecast, allocate and manage paid media budgets across platforms/geographies for ROI/ROAS
• Evaluate and onboard new DSPs and mobile media sources
• Own mobile app campaign performance (installs, in-app events, ROI) alongside web-based acquisition
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume affiliate and comparison site campaigns, including compliance and whitelisting
• Define and monitor KPIs and drive continuous optimization via A/B testing and creative iteration
