Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social including Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of delivering against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing paid media specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social and other channels.
• Manage budgets and drive performance against targets.
• Coach and develop a team of paid media specialists.
• Use data, insights and testing to identify opportunities and scale campaigns.
