Job summary

House of Performance (HOP) is seeking a paid media executive (consultant) to drive client growth, improve campaign performance, and mentor junior consultants where appropriate. You’ll lead smaller accounts, develop integrated strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and Display, and collaborate with platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

This hybrid role offers £30,000–40,000, 2 days in the Blackfriars office, 25 days holiday, pension, and regular perks while you help shape a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, and/or Display).
• Proven success in driving measurable performance outcomes—ROI, conversion efficiency, and budget scaling.

Responsibilities

• Work on a portfolio of client accounts (4–6 brands) across paid search and paid social.
• Develop integrated paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and Display.
• Drive campaign implementation, optimisation and testing across channels.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding data insights and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to leverage beta opportunities.
• Contribute to the agency through blogs, webinars, and knowledge sharing.
