Job summary

TechBiz Global GmbH in London is seeking a Media Team Lead to direct a high-volume media buying team across programmatic, paid social and affiliate channels. You will drive data-driven growth, optimize budgets, and ensure compliance in regulated verticals.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage performance, and lead a data-informed optimization program to maximize ROI across markets.

Qualifications

2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
4+ years in media buying with affiliate/comparison site traffic experience.
Experience in regulated verticals with certification and whitelisting requirements.
Strong knowledge of paid social platforms and compliance.
Hands-on native app marketing and UA campaigns.
Experience with MMPs for mobile attribution.
Budgets managed against ROAS/ROI targets across markets.
US market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Media Buyers in a fast-paced setting.
Manage relationships across channels through leadership and communication.
Use data analysis to identify opportunities and drive strategy.
Hit monthly expenditure and revenue targets.
Oversee media buying strategy across programmatic, mobile, paid social, and search.
Lead paid social across Meta, X, Snapchat, Reddit, Telegram, and new platforms.
Forecast and manage budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS.
Onboard new DSPs and mobile sources.
Own mobile app campaigns and native in-app formats.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of affiliate campaigns with compliance.
Define and monitor KPIs with A/B testing and optimization.
