About the Company:

Our client is a leading researcher in the aerospace industry, supplying into a variety of sectors. The company operates via innovative methods and is looking to hire a Mechanical Technician.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out PPM, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, including meter readings.
2. Working on a Transonic Wind Tunnel and associated equipment, including rotating machinery, large valves, pipework, water pumps, and air compressors.
3. Installation of new mechanical equipment on site.
4. Following Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Time-served Mechanical Apprenticeship.
2. Mentor apprentices and less experienced employees when required.
