Qualifications

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Familiar with CDM regulations and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate, monitor and maintain BMS and HVAC systems.
• Maintain chilled water circuits and chilled beam systems.
• Perform electrical testing and inspections as required.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and risk assessments.
• Follow CDM procedures and site-specific safe systems of work.
• Respond to emergencies and support critical site operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with site stakeholders.

The Role

As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all mechanical and electrical building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate, monitor and maintain BMS and HVAC systems.
• Maintain chilled water circuits and chilled beam systems.
• Perform electrical testing and inspections where required.
