A leading manufacturing firm in Blackburn is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on blow and injection moulding machines. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and excellent communication skills. Mergon UK are currently hiring for Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Blackburn. This role will be responsible for carrying out all maintenance requests of the blow and injection moulding machines, and scheduled maintenance as required.
12-hour continental shift pattern, rotated working 2 weeks days & 2 weeks night.
At least 3 years’ experience as a skilled maintenance technician, and ideally have experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others and work as part of a team
