Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited in City of London is seeking three Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a high-end Law Firm on a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

You will be mechanically/plumbing qualified with multi‑skilled electrical duties, UPS/Generators/HVAC familiarity, and strong client-facing professionalism in a commercial building.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and plumbing qualifications (C&G, NVQ etc).
• Proven track record in building maintenance.
• Good communication skills.
• Multiskilled - mechanical and electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, power distribution, HVAC, HV LV.

Responsibilities

• Pumps, motors, seals and bearings maintenance.
• Air conditioning – AHU/FCU; filter changes and cleaning.
• Plumbing tasks including toilets and taps.

x3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Bank, City of London - On-going Temp - Law Firm - £27.00 per hour

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the City of London. CBW is currently looking for 3 Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in the City. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical basic, electrical and fabric maintenance to the following. You will be working in a very client facing high end Law Firm so attention to detail & proffesionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• Emergency light testing
• Basic Electrical duties
• General fabric duties/making good

Hours of work

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

Requirements

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills.
• Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
• Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Basic DBS - or willing to complete one.
