Job Opportunity: Mechanic / Engineer / Car Builder at Tomcat Motorsport Ltd

Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is seeking a versatile professional to join our team. This role involves:

1. Building and partially building Tomcat road and competition cars.
2. Repairing and servicing racing damage and other off-road and track competition vehicles.
3. Fabrication, electrical system repair, and light welding and machining skills.

The ideal candidate should be a capable mechanic, resourceful, and able to solve technical and build problems. Skills in fibre glass repair, welding, and machining are preferred but not essential.

The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the project engineer alongside other team members, including self-employed professionals.

This role can be part-time, suitable for a qualified mechanic seeking a change or a skilled car builder looking for part-time work in retirement. The role requires road and off-road testing, so a clean UK driving license is necessary.
