Full-Time Mechanic

Location: Just outside Banchory

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Activus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Farm & Estate company with extensive groundworks, agricultural, and plant operations.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanic to join their team, working from a new, purpose-built workshop.

The Role

This is a hands‑on position suited to a skilled and reliable mechanic with experience across Plant, Agricultural Machinery, and/or HGVs NULL You'll play a key role in keeping the fleet and equipment maintained, safe, precautions operational.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working from a new, modern workshop facility
  • Carrying out general servicing and maintenance on Plant & HGVs
  • Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns
  • Ensuring machinery is kept to a high operational and safety standard

  • Liaising with the wider operations team as required
Requirements
  • Proven mechanical experience with Plant, Agricultural Machinery, or HGVs
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

  • Experience operating plant or agricultural machinery
  • HGV Licence
